B.L.A.I.R. Creative is the agency behind the idea of bringing the Springfield-Hartford Metroplex it's first NBA team. The idea came about while the agency's founder, Clarence Blair, a teen at the time, toured Springfield's historic basketball courts alongside family & friends in search of new pick-up competition. Being Springfield owns the birthright to the sport, B.L.A.I.R. always saw it fit for the city to have it's own NBA franchise. The hurdle was that Springfield & the metro area standing alone was too small. One day a lightbulb went off in his head to explore the idea of adding Hartford, 24 miles south on I-91, to the equation. From there the magic started to where B.L.A.I.R. visioned the possibilities as limitless. Boldy.Leading.And.Inspiring.Results is the acronym which best describes our creative vision.
